At the initial meeting I will guide you through the process of desigining your addition or remodeling project helping you to reach your desired dream of what you want in your new home.
With attention to detail we can turn your home into a new attractive, functional space to fit into your project budget.
From these initial meetings and information you have supplied me I will then begin to create preliminary floor plans.
These normally take about two weeks to generate and may require muliple visits to your home for measurements. Upon completion we will meet to go over these ideas to discuss the concepts that I have created. I will leave the plans with you to give you time to think this over. We then can meet again to go over your reactions and revision changes to discuss them and any additional ideas you may want to add that were not evident in the first meeting.
Once you are comfortable with the design I will move into preparing the detailed plan drawings which will continue to evolve into completed drawings of your new addtion or renovation.
